"Unfortunately when we arrived, the whole town (along with 5 other towns) was without power...which meant it was difficult to utilise everything. However the staff was excellent and super helpful. When the power did come back on, our room had lights but no outlets working, the staff made this a priority to resolve...which they did!"

"This is a reasonably priced accommodation in a tourist town of Glenwood Springs. Super location as you can walk to downtown , Amtrak station, and the Hot Springs Pool. It’s comfortable and budget friendly—no frills."
